How do I pay rent through Resma?

Tenants pay to your M-Pesa Paybill or bank account using their unit or account number as the reference. Resma receives the payment, matches it to the right tenant and invoice, and sends an SMS receipt. You can also send tenants an M-Pesa prompt (STK push) or a secure pay link.

How do I get a receipt for my rent payment?

Resma sends an SMS receipt automatically as soon as your payment is matched, and every receipt is also in your tenant portal.

My landlord does not use Resma. Can I still use it?
